23rd Jan 2009 - Bar prices are too expensive for this part of town and the range of beers is really, really poor. Clientele are a bit try-hard.

Also I couldn't see any scotch when I was there, but I may have missed it. The bartender seemed rather bemused when I asked for it and gave me something totally different instead.

12th Jan 2009 - Just had a refurb and it's now a great venue. Very brick lane/Camden-esque now. Think flock wallpaper, some walls adorned with newspaper designed wallpaper, lots of dark funky colours, trendy hat wearing clientele etc. DJs/bands til 1am at the weekends but still has a friendly/local feel to it. The food menu looked good - burgers, fish finger sarnies, cupcakes etc. Great improvement/addition to the area
